(a) KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED provides custom software development services to its clients. The specific details of the Services provided to you will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED.

(b) Our Services may include but are not limited to software design, development, testing, maintenance, and support.

(a) You agree to provide KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED with all necessary cooperation, information, and access to enable us to perform the Services.

(b) You are responsible for ensuring that any materials or content provided to KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

(a) All intellectual property rights in the software developed by KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED as part of the Services shall belong to KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

(b) Upon full payment of all fees owed, KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED grants you a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the software developed as part of the Services for your internal business purposes.

(a) Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party that is marked as confidential or would normally be considered confidential under the circumstances.

(b) This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.

(a) KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED warrants that the software developed as part of the Services will perform substantially in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in writing.

(b) KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED will provide reasonable support and maintenance services for the software developed as part of the Services for a period of 24 months following delivery.

In no event shall KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the software developed as part of the Services.

KKRF PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
